Participation in the Voice Talent Hunt is completely FREE. If you want to ALSO attend the event on 13th and 14th December, then you need to purchase a 2 day ticket from our website.

We’re thrilled to invite all aspiring voice artists to participate in the Voice Talent Hunt 2025, organized by Sugar Mediaz Private Limited—an initiative under India Voice Fest, India’s only conference and awards platform dedicated exclusively to the craft and business of voice acting.Participation is open to all Indian citizens aged 16 and above who hold a One-Day or Two-Day ticket to India Voice Fest 2025.

Studio Round citiesMumbai • Pune • Surat • Bengaluru • Hyderabad • Kochi • Chennai • KolkataCompetition Format & RoundsRound 1 – Video Audition (Online)
- Submit a 60-second unedited on-camera performance
- No effects, dubbing, logos, or overlays allowed
- Perform in any ONE language only (multiple languages will be disqualified)
- Showcase any genre or a mix of genres (voiceover, character voice acting, documentary narration) in a single video – separate videos are not permitted
- Your face must be clearly visible; do not display your name in the video
Round 2 – Mentoring Masterclass (Online)
- A 2-hour live, online interactive session with an industry veteran. One such masterclass for each language.
- Participants are grouped by the language chosen during audition submission
- Receive expert guidance from veteran voice artists specializing in your language
Round 3 – In-Studio Auditions (City-wise)
Shortlisted participants will be invited for in-person auditions at partner studios in the following cities:- Hindi & English – Mumbai
- Gujarati – Mumbai OR Surat
- Marathi – Mumbai OR Pune
- Kannada – Bengaluru
- Telugu – Hyderabad
- Tamil – Chennai
- Malayalam – Kochi
- Bengali – Kolkata OR Mumbai
- Bhojpuri – Mumbai
Final Round – In-Studio Final (City-wise)
Shortlisted contestants from Round 3 will perform live at partner studios in their respective cities using scripts provided by India Voice Fest’s partner studios.Grand Finale – Saturday, 13th December 2025Winners from each language will be honoured live on stage—either in-person or virtually—at the grand celebration of India Voice Fest 2025.

Travel & Accomodation Logistics

All travel, lodging, and incidental expenses for studio auditions and the finale must be borne by the participants.

The organizers will not be responsible for costs related to travel, rescheduling, or personal losses.

The shortlisted candidates must attend the in-studio audition at the communicated time and venue. No alternative slots will be provided.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout. Any breach of conduct may lead to disqualification.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or format and their decisions will be final.
- Participation does not guarantee future work, though the platform aims to enable industry entry for deserving talent.

- Participants are advised to have adequate health insurance coverage
- Any COVID-19 or health protocol compliance is participant’s responsibility

Jury & Judging
- FINAL AUTHORITY: Decision of the jury panel is final, binding, and non-negotiable
- No appeals, reviews, or reconsiderations will be entertained
- Judges’ feedback or scores will not be disclosed to participants
- Jury composition and judging criteria are at the sole discretion of organizers
Intellectual Property
- Participants grant India Voice Fest full rights to record, broadcast, and use their performances for promotional purposes
- All video submissions become property of the organizers
- Participants may be required to sign additional release forms
Changes & Modifications
- ORGANIZER RIGHTS: India Voice Fest and Sugar Mediaz Private Limited reserve the absolute right to:
- Modify competition format, rules, or schedule without prior notice
- Change venue locations or dates due to unforeseen circumstances
- Cancel or postpone any round of the competition
- Disqualify participants for rule violations
Liability Disclaimer
- Participants join the competition entirely at their own risk
- India Voice Fest and Sugar Mediaz Private Limited disclaim all liability for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to property
- Financial losses incurred by participants
- Technical failures or equipment malfunctions
- Force majeure events beyond organizers’ control
Communication
- All official communication will be via email or phone
- Participants are responsible for regularly checking emails and providing updated contact information
- Failure to respond to official communication within 48 hours may result in disqualification
