The India Voice Fest Awards are the crowning glory of the festival — a prestigious celebration that honours excellence, creativity, and impact in the world of voice acting and dubbing. These awards recognize the finest voice talent across multiple languages and genres, including animation, advertising, audiobooks, gaming, narration, and more. Judged by a respected panel of industry experts, the awards not only celebrate outstanding performances but also inspire the community to continue pushing creative boundaries.

Award eligibility & rules
Eligibility for Awards
- The awards are open only to registered delegates holding a 2 day event ticket for India Voice Fest 2025. The ticket can be purchased from www.indiavoicefest.com
- The awards are open exclusively to Indian citizens. A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID) is mandatory at the time of submission.
Valid Broadcast Period for Entries
All work submitted must have been professionally broadcast within the following date range:

16th September 2024 to 31st July 2025 (both dates inclusive) -
Last Date for Submitting All Entries:
30th September 2025
Languages for Award Submissions
The India Voice Fest Awards 2025 invites submissions in the following 12 languages:
Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi and Odia
⚠️ Language Validity Criteria
A language will be considered valid for awards in a particular category only if:

There are at least 6 valid entries submitted in that category in the same language
and -
These entries are submitted by at least 4 individual nominees
❗What Happens If a Language or Category is Invalid?
In case a particular language or award category does not meet the minimum requirement, the award will not be presented. However:

All nominees who submitted a valid entry in that category/language will be acknowledged with a Certificate of Participation

The award category and participant/nominee name will be displayed on screen during the ceremony.

It will also be announced that the award is not being conferred due to insufficient nominations.
Award Entry Fees
To encourage maximum participation in the India Voice Fest Awards, we do not have any additional award entry fee for the administration and operational process.
However, the awards are open ONLY to delegates who have purchased the TWO DAY TICKET of India Voice Fest 2025. (Subject to meeting all other conditions and terms of the awards)

Entry Submission Process
To sumit your entry for India Voice Fest Awards 2025, please follow this process.

Get a Two Day Ticket for India Voice Fest 2025 on our website and become a registered delegate for the event. Each registered delegate is eligible to submit upto 4 entries for the awards.

Once you are ready with all details of your award entries, your ID card and audio/video or TCR of your submission, visit our website awards page, click on submit form button, fill the google form mindfully and complete the submission process.
- Please note: For Dubbing Categories, please ONLY fill the TCR numbers of your performance sections upto 5 minutes in all for our jury to watch the performance on the respective OTT Channel or wherever the content is publicly available for viewing.
- For all other categories like TV Promo, Audio Play, Radio Commercial, Corporate or Brand Film, please upload the relevant video or audio content file using the UPLOAD CONTENT section in the form.

Nature of Eligible Entries

Entries are accepted only in official award categories listed by India Voice Fest.

Only professional, commercially broadcasted voice recordings are eligible.

The organisers may conduct random verification of submitted entries via client checks or online broadcasts.
Submission Guidelines

A. Format for Audio/Video Material
-
Non-Dubbing Categories:
Submit files only in .MP3, .WAV, or .MP4 formats.
No web links (Google Drive, OneDrive, WeTransfer, etc.) will be accepted. -
Dubbing Categories:
Submit only the time code of the relevant dubbed content.
No actual media files will be accepted due to copyright concerns.
B. Entry Limits

A maximum of 4 entries per individual across categories and languages is allowed.
C. File Size

Each uploaded file must be less than 100 MB.

Minimum Entry requirements
- A minimum of 6 valid entries from minimum 4 different individual artistes is required to establish an award in any given category/language/gender.
- If the minimum is not met, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the award for that category or language without prior notice.
Anonymity of Submissions
- Do not include your name or name slate in the submitted audio or video files.
- Any file revealing the name of the participant will be disqualified.

Judging Process
- All valid entries will be reviewed by a panel of esteemed industry jurors.
- Entries will be evaluated based on pre-defined parameters relevant to each category.
- The final score for each entry will be the average of the marks awarded by the respective jury panel.
- The entry with the highest average score will be declared the winner in each category.
Finality of Jury Decision
- The decision of the jury is final and binding.
- The organisers will not entertain any disputes or correspondence regarding the results.
